Aikido Activism

public - created 03/30/04
The most meaningful progress advances the center. Imagine you are wrestling with a huge opponent, but you know exactly what moves the opponent is making and you use that knowledge to become one with the opponent and redirect that energy towards a more sustainable future. Then you have imagined Aikido Activism.

Please share your perspectives, insights and networking. Aikido Activism has been around for some time, but naming it and discussing it today can be especially progressive if we can redirect mega-corporations' hegemony that myopically focuses on profits -- disconnecting individual ideals from corporate ideals, consumerizing society, and eroding the condition of our environment.
